چکیده
Abstract In the process of bioethanol production, more stable and active cellulase in high temperature condition is required. this study, syringic acid was applied hydrolysis system. At 70°C, Tv EG3 activity increased 201.36%, Ct BglA decreased 72.79% by acid. With assisting, thermostability improved, reduced. Syringic scarcely affected CBH. system with cellulases containing EG3, CBH, BglA, reducing sugar yield improved 28.37% assisting. molecular dynamic simulation system, backbone root‐mean‐square deviation (RMSD) residue fluctuation (RMSF) CBH reduced, while RMSD RMSF increased. The reduction number secondary structures, especially α‐helix, caused structure presence to collapse at temperature. More structures α‐helix make them temperatures. These means can stabilize structure, destabilize summary, study not only provides insight into assisting but also demonstrates promoting mechanism

متن کاملApplication of a moving bed biofilm reactor for tertiary ammonia treatment in high temperature industrial wastewater.
This study examines the use of a moving bed biofilm reactor (MBBR) as a tertiary treatment step for ammonia removal in high temperature (35-45°C) effluents, and quantifies different phenotypes of ammonia and nitrite oxidizing bacteria responsible for nitrification at elevated temperatures. Bench scale reactors operating at 35 and 40°C were able to successfully remove greater than 90% of the inf...
